How do I book?
Simply book through our website, hip camp or Airbnb.
Are pets allowed?
Yes we allow friendly dogs and other pets on a leash for a fee. The property is 50 acres and not fenced all around so please be mindful before booking your stay.
Can I bring my 5th wheel or RV?
Yes we have basic sites that you may boondock at, no hook-ups at this time.
What if I want to glamp, and my friends and family want to sleep in a tent?
We allow this and there is an option to add to your booking through the app.
Are there bathrooms, shower, water?
Yes we have portable potty options and outdoor shower/ water stations.

Very private and quiet. We were the only ones there at that time (April) besides the camp director. There is 1 outdoor shower with hot water and 1 spout to haul water from. We had a nice time there.

I absolutely loved my visit to Wild Plumas! I stayed at the Lost Sierra after the struggle to choose where I wanted to explore. It was clean, spacious, private and yet a short walk to the restroom and shower. Oh and I loved the outdoor shower!!!! Nice little diamond in the rough of a find and I can’t wait to see this place grow and develop. The hosts are so very nice and keep the place going and the owners Rebecca and JJ have such a wonderful vision that has made this little campground so very unique and special! Oh and the creek is perfectly small, easy and a cool spot to refresh from the heatIf you love nature, Wild Plumas is the place to be! The hiking trails are stunning, and the wildlife sightings were a highlight of our trip.

We really enjoyed our stay at Wild Plumas. The property is large, and the glamping sites are spacious—perfect for families who enjoy privacy and space for activities. There are many wonders to explore, such as the beautiful creek, tranquil pathway along the creek, beaver dam, biking trails, hiking paths, and the tree house. Our girls had lots of fun. We were also hoping to see the property’s bear, Bertha, but had no luck—so that’s an excuse to come back again! JJ and Rebecca are extremely responsive and nice.
