The Wild Rose offers two Queen-sized beds (with all the bedding), covered outdoor kitchen area with a picnic table, propane firepit and seating, walled hot outdoor shower and a 5-minute walk to the creek. This site is nearest to the tree house and game room, has a large forested flat area for tents, easy pull-right-up access, and is very close to the bathroom.

Site #2, The Cabin

The Shabby Cabin aka “Shabbin”:

Open year-round! This cozy cabin has all the whole Wild Plumas property to itself during winter months. Ask us about the ‘writer’s retreat’ discount for stays over four days~

The Shabby Cabin offers one Queen-sized bed (with all the bedding), a covered outdoor kitchen area with a picnic table, wood firepit and seating, private hot outdoor shower (summer only) and is a 5-minute walk to the creek. This site is near the tree house and game room, has a large forested flat area for tents, and has easy pull-right-up access.

Site #3, The Lost Sierra Glamping Camp

The Lost Sierra: One of our larger sites, centrally located, perfect for larger groups, families, or those wanting easy pull-right-up access

The Lost Sierra offers one Queen-sized bed (with all the bedding), covered outdoor kitchen area with a picnic table, propane firepit and seating, private hot outdoor shower and a 3-minute walk to the creek. This site is close to the tree house and game room, has a large forested flat area for tents, easy pull-right-up access, and is very close to the bathroom.

Site #4, The Sugar Pines Glamping Camp

The Sugar Pines Bluff:

Camp Host Favorite! One of our most remote/adventurous sites right above the creek.

The Sugar Pines tent has one Queen and one Full Size bed (with all of the bedding) with additional space for an air mattress. The sight overlooks the creek, with a narrow trail down to the water. There is a steep, narrow, drive up to the site that smaller off-road capable vehicles ‘may’ be able to drive up. There is parking right below and stairs for walk up access.

Site #5, The Wolf Creek Glamping Camp

Wolf Creek: Above the creek with the best access to the Sand Bar beach.

Wolf Creek is one of the best sites for access to the creek. It is one of our more remote sites, deep into the property. Just a small stairway to the Sand Bar beach, the tent has one Queen size bed (and all of the bedding), plus a fold out futon.

Site #6, The NEW Frontier Tiny Home!

The Frontier:

A Wild Plumas First, a Tiny Home with it’s own power, water, and composting toilet!

This centrally located tiny home has a shower/bath, kitchen, full size refrigerator, two full size beds in lofts, and Air Conditioning! It is a lot crammed into a small package, so there is ample seating outside including a picnic table and a hammock. Great for folks who want a bit of an upgrade over our Glamping Sites!

Site #7, Cottonwood

Bring your own bedding, but close to the creek

Cottonwood is easy to access and has tons of space for extra folks. This site does not include bedding (just two cots), but you still get access to the entire property, it is a favorite for our local deer, and it is one of the closest sites to the creek!

Site #8: The Bunkhouse

The fully hooked-up cabin. Sleeps plenty, decks for enjoying nature, full kitchen and bathroom.

Our Bunkhouse is great for large groups/families who want to enjoy the property and nature without having to deal with the full camping experience. It has a master bedroom, one bathroom with a large shower, a great room with bunkbeds, and full kitchen.

"WOW, wow, wow!!! What a GREAT property; perfect for more than the 4 of us that's for sure. The site was HUGE, plenty of space to camp, run, walk, rest, sleep, bike, etc. Loved the landscape, the creek and the camp hosts were very kind and sincere. The property was well maintained, the shower was amazing and the portas were clean." -Tess M., Wild Rose Camper 2021

Wolf Creek Adventure Camp was an amazing experience for our family. The site is beautiful, surrounded by soaring mountains and towering trees with the soft sound of the water passing over the rocks. The kids loved the swing and zip line for their downtime and we had a great time traipsing along the creek and playing in the sand. We even saw a family of deer cross right behind our site and tried to follow them down to the creek.

We had such a great time staying at the Wild Rose bell tent site! We are a family of 5, and this site and tent fit us comfortably - enough room for a pack n play. The covered bench/kitchen area was a nice touch, and the propane fire pit was perfect for smores. Lots of room for our young kids to run around. This was our first 'camping' experience with kids and this was the perfect set up to ease them in.
